 Our programmes and courses are current, updated and tailor- made to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Our range of training courses and programmes will ensure that you leave the training room with practical and powerful skills that you can immediately apply once you return to your office.In addition to our training schedule, our training can be delivered either in-house by our consulants or on a train the trainer basis to empower your organisation's trainers. We help you find accomodation

To book a course of your choice, please notify MDI either by phone, fax, E-mail or simply fill in the application form online then submit to MDI. If your application is accepted a letter of admission will be sent straight to you followed by a course content and an invoice. Fees should be paid in advance using any of the methods already outlined in the year planner. Please ensure that all the neccesary processes have been completed prior to your setting out for Management Development Institute (MDI).If arrangements to cover the cost of your course are not finalized, please do not set out for MDI.

In addition several other processes should be started as soon as possible, the following are some of them:

- Passport application (if needed)
- Visa application to Swaziland if applicable
- Scholarship application
- Check air travel routes and availability

We would like to stress that you should not feel confined by the training programmes presented to you. Should you feel that your identified training need is not met by the programmes presented, please communicate to the Director of Programmes. We will design a customised programme to meet that need.
